With triathlon becoming more and more popular, we have found that many of these athletes are realising that the swimming leg plays a very important role and are turning to clubs like SwimCATS for coaching.

At the World Half Iron Man held in Florida, USA on Saturday 14th November, we had 3 representatives from the club. These were the only three competitors from Port Elizabeth to enter the race.
